Guacahummus

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados

  • 1 can chick peas

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Blend in food processor until smooth.

  2. Add a small bunch of coriander and process.

  3. Serve with veggies or crackers.
