Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

- 1 head broccoli, parboiled
- 1 head cauliflower, parboiled
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1-2 tsp curry powder
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- splash of white wine
- Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in 9x13 pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables.
- Bake at 350F for ½ hour.
