Blueberry (or Raisin) Scones

3 cups of flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Brown or White Sugar (I used Brown)
1 cup Milk
1 cup Blueberries or Raisins (coated in flour)

(Mix ingredients well, pat dough out to 1/2 inch thick circle. Cut in triangles, spread egg yolk on top with a sprinkle of sugar)

Bake 425 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
